· Coordinate technical advice and diagnose & resolve technical difficulties on site.

· Organize materials and ensure sites are safe and clean.

· Gather data and write site reports and other necessary work documentation.

· Ensure the subcontractors are following the blueprints and ensure the raw materials used are as per the specifications.

· Minimum 3 Years in Interior Design Work

· Must be graduated BE (Civil) or other Engineering Degree

· Must be proficient in basic workplace reading and writing in both Burmese and English.

· Capable of recording site data using digital tools such as Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs).
