Job Requirements

l Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

l 2–3 years of experience in software development

l Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, C#, Shell)

l Familiarity with version control tools, databases, and dataset (optional but a plus)

l Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

l Good communication and teamwork skills

l Ability to adapt to different technologies as needed

l Understand SDLC with Agile or Waterfall, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

l Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

l Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

l Create and maintain technical documentation

l Japanese language proficiency is a plus, but not required
