Job Description
- System Development (Especially in Design Document Phase to Integration Testing Phase) Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management
- Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively
- Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
- Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and do report to leaders and PM effectively
- Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs
Job Requirements
- Knowledge on Java Foundation and Java Web Application Development or .Net or PHP or C# Experience in project scheduling, quality control or progress and issues management
- Strong interested in Project Management and System Development by using Java technology and take challenge of new technology such as Cloud, Informatica
- Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively
- Must have problem-solving and communication skill
- Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)
- 4 years and above experience in System Development field
- Must have Japanese Level N3 and above
- Able to communicate with team and customer actively
