Job Description

·       Greet customers, record vehicle and contact details, and document service requests.

·       Listen to customer concerns, perform initial vehicle checks with technicians, and recommend appropriate services.

·       Prepare clear service estimates, explain work to customers, obtain approvals, and record authorizations.

·       Coordinate workshop schedules, allocate jobs to technicians, and monitor job progress to meet timelines.

·       Request and track parts availability with parts department and suppliers.

·       Keep customers informed of status, obtain feedback after service, and handle complaints professionally.

·       Maintain accurate service orders, warranty records, and daily/weekly service reports.
Promote recommended maintenance, service packages, and genuine parts to increase revenue.
