Job Description

v  Lead and manage a team of service technicians from Generator and M&E Services, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

v  Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

v  Develop and maintain service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service tasks.

v  Ensure all service work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.

v  Manage parts and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for service tasks.

v  Prepare and present service reports to senior management.

v  Develop and manage the service department budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.

v  Provide technical support and expertise to the service team and customers.
