Install, adjust, maintain, repair or provide technical support for equipment.
Demonstrate and explain correct operation of equipment to medical personnel.
Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.
Completing Preventive Maintenance and Field Modification.
Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.

Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow up

Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.
Building high levels of trust, rapport, and credibility with each person related to work.
Effectively communicate with customers so that they are completely satisfied.

• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of field service experience in healthcare industry.

• Knowledge of Medical and Laboratory equipment.

• Knowledge of Computer Networking.

• Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical system.

• Installation and Troubleshooting skills.

• Good Microsoft office skills.

• Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.

• Good English 4 skills.

• Good Customer Relationship Management and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge sharing, team work and reporting system.

• Able to travel for requirement.

• Able to perform 24/7 stand-by duties.

• Physically fit as physical work is required.

• Willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
