• Reviewing and Monitoring project progress

• Archiving of Document
• Maintain project plans for software development
• SOW, WBS
• Basic Design Documents, Detailed Design Documents
• Train to intern or new employees if necessary
• Participate company’s activities or advertising process if necessary

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of working experience in Software Development
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Leader or Sub-Leader in Software Development
• Must have experience in PHP (Laravel) or ReactJS or Java
• Leadership and good management skill
• Best communication skills (English and Japanese N3 Level)
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
• Able to build good relationships with everyone on a team and client
• Able to control documentation
• Able to control quality
• Verification and Validation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
