v Define system requirements and generate infrastructure sizing.

v Collaborate with the sales team to identify the customer’s business needs.

v Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal team to create the solution proposal for customers.

v Communicate with vendors and partners to understand their product and solution offerings.

v Engage all technical resources required for solution design.

v Involve and discuss partners’ technical seminars, online training and customer meetings.

v Assist the Account Manager with customer presentation as appropriate.

v Bachelor degree or Diploma in the related field.

v Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

v Passion to work in the technology industry.

v Understanding and good knowledge of technologies such as networks, servers, storage, backup and data center solutions.

v Ability to learn new technology and products.

v Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitudes, demonstrate the ability to achieve results.

v Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships.

v Able to travel if required.
