Job Description

v  Receive and inspect raw and packaging materials for quantity, quality, and documentation accuracy.

v  Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures

v  Store items following FIFO and environmental requirements; maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

v  Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts, workflows, and processes

v  Record all transactions (inbound/outbound) in ERP systems.

v  Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile variances, quarantine damaged items.

v  Coordinate with production/planning teams to fulfill material requests timely

v  Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and support skills development.

v  Enforce SOPs, safety, and quality compliance; support audits.
