Job Description

·       Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to support business goals.

·       Forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels across all warehouses and outlets.

·       Plan procurement schedules based on sales forecast, lead times, and market trends.

·       Oversee sourcing of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.

·       Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost optimization.

·       Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliability.

·       Review and improve stock management practices to reduce waste, expiry, and overstock.

·       Monitor incoming and outgoing goods to maintain accurate stock records.

·       Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.

·       Monitor logistics cost and implement cost-saving initiatives.

·       Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain performance reports.

·       Analyze demand trends, supplier performance, and stock status to support decision making.

·       Monitor KPIs such as stock turnover, order fulfilment rate, logistics cost, and lead time.

·       Supervise and guide the supply chain team (procurement, warehouse, logistics).

·       Provide training, performance evaluation, and team development.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
