· Experience in IT service operation & management (Designing, Delivering, Improving)

· Experience in administration, maintaining and troubleshooting IT system infrastructure (Servers, Storage and Network)

· Basic knowledge of virtualization technology, High availability cluster, Automation and Shell scripting

· Be able to create and maintain necessary documents in align with ITSM process

· Be able to learn the IT system infrastructure based on the existing documents

· 2+ years’ experience in related fields

· Bachelor/Certificate in related IT field

· Prefer certified in CCNA/CCNP/MCSA/RHCSA/RHCE/VCA

· Good communication skill in English

· Having Japanese Language Level N5 or above is a plus

· Support daily monitoring of the INFRA(HW/MW/NW) system and follow ITSM procedures

· Review the errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team

· Understand the specification and create design documents of INFRA(HW/MW/NW)

· Understand the specification and implement INFRA(HW/MW/NW) system

· Understand the specification and implement/review the UT/IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)
