Job Description

• Report to the customer and leader about project progress and quality
• Do team progress control, Manage time effectively based on schedule and take action if dela occurs
• Do quality control based on target plan and take action if quality problem occurs
• Understand the customers demand and explain/negotiate with team/customers
• Understand external design document, prepare internal design document and execute coding
• Understand the specification and make ED/ID/MUT and Review others’ ED/ID/MUT
• Review IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)
• Write and review others’ bugs/errors report and do root-cause analysis and take action as team
• Create self-review, internal-review view point and checklists and explain to all team members
