Job Responsibilities

Project Management

❖ Oversee SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and project milestones.

❖ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Customer Relationship Management

❖ Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.

❖ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing IT solutions to address them.

Stakeholder Management

❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, technical developers, and business users.

❖ Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders. Team Leadership and Development:

❖ Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment

❖ Provide guidance on SAP best practices, methodologies, and development standards.

❖ Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team

❖ Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

❖ Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress. Professional Networking:

❖ Represent the company at industry events, and conferences.

❖ Build and maintain a strong professional network within the IT and related industries.

Job Requirements

Documentation

❖ Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and processes.

❖ Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

Job Specification and Qualifications

❖ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.).

❖ SAP S/4 HANA certification in relevant modules is preferred.

❖ 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and configuration.

❖ In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities

❖ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.

❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

❖ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

❖ Familiarity with agile or waterfall project methodologies.
