Job Requirements

•Experience in IT service operation & management (Designing, Delivering, Improving)
•Experience in administration, maintaining and troubleshooting IT system infrastructure (Servers, Storage and Network)
•Deep knowledge of virtualization technology, High availability cluster, Automation and Shell scripting
•Be able to create and maintain necessary documents in align with ITSM process
•Be able to learn the IT system infrastructure based on the existing documents
•Proactive collaboration within the team
•5+ years' experience in related fields Bachelor/Certificate in related IT field Good communication skill in English
