Job Description

 Understand the specification and do Review the ED/ID/MUT

 Understand the ED/ID/MUT and do Review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results, etc.)

 Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and do report to leaders and PM effectively

 Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and take action if delay occurs

 Understand the project scope and manage specification changes

 Do manpower estimation and create schedule

 Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management, Team management

 Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively

Job Requirements

 4 years and above experience in System Development field (Java, Oracle DB, Postgres SQL DB)

 At least 1 year experience in progress management, quality control, QA and issues management

 Strong interested in Project Management and System Development by using Java technology and take challenge of new technology such as Data Integration Platform

 Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively

 Must have problem solving and communication skill

 Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)

 Must have Japanese Level N3 and above

 Able to communicate with team and customer actively
