Job Description
· Supervise/support regional office and control center senior officers/ officers responsible for user support and access control.
· Supervise/support regional office and control center senior officers/ officers daily, weekly, monthly assigned tasks and JDs.
· Oversee the user onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring timely setup and revocation of accounts.
· Manage and monitor user access requests, system permissions, and role-based access compliance.
· Develop, schedule, and deliver training programs to end users, partners, and internal staff.
· Coordinate with Application and QA/QC teams to align user access policies and training content.
· Handle escalations related to login, access issues, or system usage problems and maintain updated records of user accounts, access logs, and training attendance.
· Ensure that training materials, SOPs, and user manuals are up to date and accessible.
· Provide regular reports on access activity and training progress to PM and PMO
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
· Minimum 3-5 years experience in user support, IT operations, access control systems, or training coordination.
· At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role and strong knowledge in user account management, system permissions, and basic IT systems.
· Experience in training program development and delivery, both in-person and digital. Familiarity with ticketing systems, access provisioning tools, and helpdesk operations.
