Job Description
To do project management of Cost, Quality control and Progress of projects
To maintain and expand the relationships with existing and new customers
To develop and deliver proposals to customers To do members’ coaching and mentoring
To manage resources of 15-50 members
Collaboration with department heads, managers, customers, vendors, and others
Job Requirements
At least 8 years’ experience in System Development and at least 4 years’ management experience in System Development
Project Management experience of schedule, cost, quality control, progress and issues management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Good command of English
Japanese N2 level based on project requirement
