Job Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department including month and year end process, accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledgers, budgeting & forecasting and Tax matters

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements including internal reports

• Meet accounting operational objectives by forecasting requirement, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variance, initiation corrective actions

• Manage the preparation of the company budget

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

• Cooperate with internal (HQ,RHQ ,Sr. MNG) and external parties (AD Banks, IRD, and the related Government Officers)

• Coordinate and complete annual audits

• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet operational requirements

• Interpret the company financial results to management and recommend improvement activities

• Prepare additional analyses and reports as requested by management
