Job Description

· Project management of Cost, Quality control and Progress of projects

· Maintain and expand the relationships with existing and new customers

· Develop and deliver proposals to customers by coordinating with Asst. Team Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager

· Members’ coaching, mentoring and catch-up all resources' skill-set in team and make each person skill level up

· Manage one large sized project or multiple medium sized project

· Collaboration with department heads, managers, customers, vendors, and others for significant support to the organization

· Maintain and expand good communication and collaboration with external organizations of private and public sectors of all levels for effective and efficient business opportunities

Support the training plan coordinating with HR manager and other line managers

Job Requirements

· Knowledge and experience in Java,J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Ajax, HTML (CSS), XML (XSLT), and VBA

· Prefer having Project Experience in Spring, Struts, iBatis, Postgres SQL DB and Junit

· At least 8 years’ experience in System Development field, with at least 4 year experience of project management of schedule, cost, quality control, progress, issues and team management

· Must have Project planning, reporting, problem solving and negotiation skill

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

· Willing to accept challenge in difficult or inexperienced work

· Can manage resources of up to 50 members

· Able to communicate with team and customer actively

· Good command of English or Japanese N2 level
