Job Description

·       Decide which tools, programming languages, frameworks, platforms, and architectures should be used for different types of projects.

·       Ensure technology choices align with business objectives, security, performance, and cost.

·       Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and best practices.

·       Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development best practices

·       Review and approve system architecture, technical designs, and critical technical decisions

·       Provide technical oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality

·       Identify and mitigate technical risks

·       Support project managers in estimations, feasibility analysis, and technical planning

·       Lead, mentor, and guide software developers, and architects

·       Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and skill development of technical staff

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and clients to understand requirements.

·       Translate business needs into technical solutions and system designs.

·       Provide technical input during client meetings, proposals, and pre-sales activities when required
