Job Description
- To handle product training program for all level staffs
- To follow up the performance after training process for all level staffs
- Assesses training and development needs for organizations , helps individuals and groups develop skill and knowledge , creates training manuals , presents in person training sessions , monitors training for effectiveness .
- Partnering with Support team managers to identify needs and requirements and providing feedback for goal achievement and areas of focus
- To find way motivation plan and training to all staffs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training and development
- Experience in creating training curricula and learning tools for global markets
- Knowledge or experience in product training
- Works with internal partners to develop strategies and propose learning solutions that are aligned to business requirements
- Can speak English or Chinese Language (4 Skills)
- Must have experience in Mobile phone industries at least 2 years
