Job Description

➢ Any Graduate, DBA (or) BBA (or) any other related qualification preferred
➢ Age under 35 years.
➢ At least (5) years’ experience. FMCG Factory’s Warehouse experiences preferred.
➢ Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
➢ Handle receiving, stock in/out, inventory control and distribution items in warehouse.
➢ Have knowledge and experiences of First in / First out (FIFO) & First in/First expire (FIFE)
System.
➢ Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
➢ Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
➢ Some experience in full supply chain process - permit applications, forecasting, planning
➢ Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases system.
➢ Have knowledge and experiences 5s, GMP, FSSC and ISO activities.
➢ Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
➢ Excellent in communication skills and interpersonal skills.
➢ Good communication in English, Preferred Chinese Language.
➢ Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
