Job Description

·       To meet company goal of marketing and communication.

·       Meet the expectation of marketing department needs & wants.

·       Reach the Calander of yearly event, Meet the Calander of monthly event and promotion.

·       Preparation of marketing communication tools during the time line and during budget.

·       Making the concept and mock up to brief to the suppliers and contractor and agencies if needed to present to top managements.

·       Monitoring the other competitor movement both of local and oversea

·       Deployment principle the props and element of marketing and branding merchandising.

·       Detail checking the time line and making the Dash board practice upon jobs.

·       Align with not only the digital marketing team and Sales team to fix the event successful and promotion successful. But Also align wit BD team quotation enquires.

·       Participate once the vent conducting

·       Have a knowledge of audio setting, Video set up, Photo shooting set up if operation need

·       Must have knowledge trend of marketing activities, KOL, Influencer, talents

·       Enrich brand knowledges of Real Estate and life style.
