- Any bachelor degree holders can apply, MBA holders (or) Customer Service Diploma holders are highly preferable.

- Must have 7 years’ experience in call entre management (or) customer experience management, including 3 years’ experience as managerial role.

- Experience of lead the team with over 50 members will be advantage.

- Must be able to establish & monitor SOPs, KPIs for customer experience team.

- Experience of working for Logistics (or) delivery service will be advantage.
