Job Description

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day Branch accounting operations, including the maintenance of general ledger accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounts balances.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports, including the preparation of Profit or loss, and budgeting and actual comparison report.
• Check compliance with IASs/ IFRSs and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring support with audit requirements.
• Prepare and file any tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Advising on the improvement of the financial handbook, using internal accounting standards, internal control system, and program budgeting.
• Coordinate with a third party (External and Internal auditor and supplier & customer).
• Conducting reconciliation of banking transactions.
