Job Requirements

·       Bachelor of architecture. Higher qualifications or certifications in project management can prove advantageous.

·       Min. 5+ years’ relevant experience in architectural design & construction

·       Min. 3+ years in design management/leadership role within the industry is required. (Management experience can’t be combined with design experience)

·       Understanding of design principles and engineering and its implication towards construction methods.

·       Excellent communication skills to interact multiple international stakeholders

·       Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.

·       Highrise Residential project design/construction experience will be advantageous.

·       Oversea experience in Singapore or Hong Kong with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful completed projects are recommended.

·       Proficiency in English Skills (Written/Verbal); Chinese (Preferred).
