Job Responsibilities

 Guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery.

 Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

 Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

 Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

 Collaborate with other software developers, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and mobile-based business applications.

 Develop and maintain various system integrations which include application-to application integrations, services, internal and external APIs

 Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements, and development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.

 Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.

 Design, develop, and unit test applications following established standards.(Agile/Scrum).

 Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code reviews.

 Package and support deployment of releases.

 Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications and users load test

 Analyse and resolve technical and application problems.

 Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare

documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.

 

 Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and within budget.

 Research and evaluate a variety of software products.

 Perform Code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.

 Apply judgment in implementing Application Engineering methodologies, processes, and practices to specific requirements of projects or programs which may include product design engineering, information security, code maintainability, and reliability.

 Experience managing and motivating virtual teams and outsourced vendors.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with 7+ years’ experience in software design and development.

 Strong hands-on experience in NET/Core/WCF.

 Experience in technologies including but not limited to the following: React Native, React JS, Java Script, Python, Angular JS, and Node JS.

 Experience with MSSQL is a must.

 Experience with continuous integration and deployment.

 Understanding of Agile development and Scrum, AWS cloud technologies, and microservice architecture.

 Excellent understanding of mobile web and native app development.

 Strong experience with Wallet mobile app or Digital payment app development.

 Source management with git.

 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; conveys ideas in a logical order and professional manner.

 Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

 Able to communicate in English and prefer international working experience.
