Job Description

v  Identifying and targeting potential clients through research, outreach, and existing leads.

v  Developing and delivering persuasive sales pitches and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of digital products or services.

v  Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

v  Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding new clients.

v  Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

v  Utilizing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, contacts, and sales activities.

v  Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.

v  Working with internal teams, such as Digital Account department, to ensure seamless sales processes and alignment.

v  Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies

v  Ability to address client needs and overcome objections.

v  Manage and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management

v  Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and other digital channels

v  Following up proposals and updating CRM system to that effect with the main objective being to close deals, achieve quarterly quotas and KPI's
