Job Description

Social Media Management:

·       Manage and maintain the company's social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok etc.)

·       Create and curate engaging, relevant, and timely content for social media platforms

·       Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads

·       Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner

 

Website Management:

·       Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines Collaborate with the web development team to enhance the website & functionality and user experience Implement and monitor search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the website &  visibility and ranking

 

Content Creation and Management:

·       Develop and maintain a content calendar for the company's website, social media, and other digital channels

·       Write and edit high-quality, engaging content, such as blog posts, property listings, and marketing materials

·       Ensure the consistency and coherence of the company's brand voice across all digital channels

Digital Advertising and Media Buying:

·       Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Tiktok Ads)

·       Manage the digital advertising budget and optimize campaign performance based on data and analytics Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

·       Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives

·       Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement

·       Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the company's digital marketing strategy.

 

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

·       Conduct regular market research to understand the target audience, their preferences, and industry trends

·       Analyze the digital marketing strategies and initiatives of competitors to identify areas for improvement and differentiation

 

Competencies Requirements

·       Proficient in digital marketing strategies: SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation.

·       Skilled in data analysis tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, and social media insights for performance tracking. Strong design skills using Canva and basic knowledge of graphic editing tools.

·       Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Expertise in managing paid ads campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).

·       Solid communication and organizational abilities for client and team interactions.

Job Requirements

·       3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in an agency environment.

·       Hands-on experience in managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

·       Proven success in increasing online visibility, engagement, and conversions through tailored strategies.

·       Experience in creating visually appealing and brand-consistent marketing materials with Canva and other tools.

·       Track record of working in fast-paced environments and delivering results within deadlines.
