Job Description

·       Plan, execute and monitor all maintenance and renovation activities by monitoring site project progress whilst providing supporting documents like technical drawings, presentation materials, progress reports and financial data

·       Handling repair orders, preparing annual maintenance plans, overseeing maintenance services and leading the in-house maintenance team and other contract maintenance services providers.

·       Accurately diagnose repairs, identify property needs, and coordinate repair works carried out by the in-house team and contracted out maintenance services providers

·       Ensure that all maintenance and servicing aspects are efficiently undertaken and completed satisfactorily

·       Provide a quick response to emergency and urgent maintenance queries, which is paramount to safeguarding our customers and properties

·       Schedule the renewal plan for all the governmental inspections and contact of maintenance and repairing contracts

·       Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff

·       Formulate and review the maintenance procedures and policy.
