Job Description

·       Enhance machine performance by minimizing breakdowns and maximizing capacity.

·       Ensure machineries, equipment and factory facilities are in optimum condition.

·       Carry out inspections of the all facilities to identify and resolve issues.

·       Prepare preventive maintenance checking schedules and allocate work.

·       Perform preventive maintenance by schedule for all electric device to avoid from electrical hazards.

·       All repair system must be of quality standards and health and safety regulations

·       Sustain the machine and equipment always work and in good condition.

·       Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.

·       Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

·       Implement to improve Quality Objectives, SHE and follow 5'S program.

·       Other duties that assigned by management .
