Job Description
- Supervise all the serving staffs in restaurant
- Ability to manage personal and expenses
- Make regular discuss and accept advices from teammates
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within highest standards
- Ability to spot and resolve efficiency
- Communicate and build strong relationship with purchasers
- Plan, hire, train and manage members of staffs
- Strive towards an exceptional customer experience
- Be alert to restaurant’s needs and wants
- Care about the neatness of restaurant to get good customer attention
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain daily customer complain
- Try to get customer surveys and feedbacks to get smooth operation
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned by Operation Manager
Job Requirements
- Any graduate or hospitality and restaurant management certification or college degree preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in Hotel & Restaurant (Food & Beverage) operations.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong communication skills in both Burmese and English (speaking other foreign languages will be advantage
- Excellent computer skills with emphasis on MS operating systems
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong time management skills and accuracy to deal with a variety of duties and prepare reports according to schedule
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for providing excellent service and quality
