Job Responsibilities

• Implementation of regional promotion and other activities. (branding, advertising, exhibition, events)
• Take responsibility for trade promotion & consumer promotion and gratis beer transfer control.
• Implementation of Channel grid guidelines based on strategic planning for yearly, quarterly, and monthly and promotion and activities calendar for traditional (on & off) outlets.
• Prepare weekly redemption reports of upper Myanmar region redemption booths such as cash and beer control.
• Analysis and control for redemption beer transfer to Upper Myanmar offices such as stock transfer, acknowledgment, allocation, and weekly status.
• Prepare reward gratis to the sales team for competitor outlet switching and office function sales incentive gratis.
• Prepare and record the necessary documentation and data of the team. (Claim, Leave)
• Market observation by area outlets visiting.

Job Requirements

• Any bachelor's degree with a Diploma in sales & marketing and business management as an additional qualification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Highly desirable experience in sales management, event and business management.
• Adequate knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office as well as IT skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
• Excellent presentation, influencing, negotiation and, interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

More Prefer:

• Business degree qualified.
• Experience in the FMCG industry within trade marketing function is required.
