Job Description
· Develop and execute B2B sales strategies focused on SME internet packages (50–300 Mbps).
· Build and lead a high-performing sales team (including Key Account Managers and Senior Sales Executives).
· Oversee customer acquisition targets: 420+ links/year for 50 Mbps packages ,80+ links/year for 100–300 Mbps packages
· Drive client pipeline across office buildings, residential areas, and commercial properties.
· Develop strategic partnerships with agents and authorized property managers.
· Plan and supervise B2B marketing events, digital campaigns, and brand awareness efforts.
· Ensure alignment of sales efforts with operational and financial goals.
· Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to meet KPIs.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
· Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in the telecom, ISP, or tech sectors.
· Experience working with or leading agent networks is a plus.
· Strong leadership and team-building skills
· Fluent in English
· Excellent negotiation and client relationship management
· Able to work independently and handle strategic planning
