Job Description
- Preparation of invoices to clients
- Monitor payment status and send statement/ reminders for payment to clients when necessary
- Assist in partial set of accounts – AP/AR
- Assist in month-end closing
- Data entry in excel & database system
- Assist in monthly reports
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- No University Degree required;
- Shall have less than 2 years of experiences;
- Technical Skill Requirement:
- Technical Knowledge for JD,
- English Skill (Intermediate)
- Computer Literacy
- Personalities Requirement:
- Honest & Trustworthy,
- Resilience,
- Tenacity
- Shall able to work overtime as required from time to time (if there is any requirement)
