Job Responsibilities

• Dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and providing information to patients about their side effects, usage and Interaction  

• Checking dosage and ensuring that medicines are correctly and safely supplied and labelled

• Counselling and advising the public on the treatment of minor ailments, diet, exercise or stress management

• Monitoring blood pressure & nutritional advice 

• Offering a diabetes testing service & nutritional advice

• Calculating Body Weight, Body Mass Index and nutritional advice for healthy living lifestyle 

• Overseeing the product handing and safe storage of medical products

• Managing, Supervising and Training pharmacy support staffs

• Promoting sales and developing the business

• Keeping up to date with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses. 

• Reporting customer requested medicine and medical equipment, monthly use medicine to head office plan

Job Requirements

• B. Pharm Degree Holder

• Computer Literate - MS Word & Excel 

• Relative Pharmacy Experience in Hospital or Retail Pharmacy Store 

• Knowledge & Interesting of customer service principles and processes

• Knowledge & Interesting of sales principles

• Good communication skills 

• Customer service orientation
