Job Description
Quality Control
- You will perform inspections, tests and audits on raw materials, components and finished products.
- You will also document and report any defects or non-conformities to the production manager and suggest corrective actions.
Schedule Control
- Coordinate with production managers, engineers and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize production activities
- Monitor production progress and performance using various tools and systems
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may affect production efficiency or quality
Material Control
- You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials to the production line.
- You will also monitor the inventory levels of raw materials, finish goods and spare parts, and report any discrepancies or shortages to the management.
- You will work closely with the Procurement department, the warehouse staff and the production supervisors to coordinate the material flow and optimize production efficiency.
Job Requirements
- You should have a diploma or degree in engineering or a related field, as well as relevant experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- You should also have excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- You should be familiar with quality standards and regulations such as ISO 9001 and MNBC.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
