Job Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Admin Department.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and system and diverse ways to be efficient processes.
  • Monitors and directs staff activities to provide timely services to other work units and ensure efficient daily operation of the work unit.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities for vehicle, office machines such as air-con, copier, printer and other office equipment.
  • Initiate efforts to make office more cost effective and review processes for cost saving.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Provide office space allocation and necessary arrangements for newly hired employees and departments.
  • Ensure fixed assets control and assets management.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization.
  • Creating and maintaining office systems including data management Liaise with the Government office effectively for company registration, visa and so on.

Job Requirements

  • To understand general concepts of Administration.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.​
  • 3-5 years experience in similar roles. ​
  • Experience in management may be advantageous.​
  • To enhance the office staff’s ability to manage and organize office effectively and professionally
  • File in the proper way and filing standard
  • Develop an appropriate office management strategy
  • Develop an appropriate assets management strategy
  • Able to develop administrative procedures
  • Able to plan and control administrative budget
  • Train and supervise the staff od Admin Department to be acknowledged to specified SOPs and processes in order to comply with its requirements.
