Job Responsibilities

•Make sure that the project’s costs remain within the stipulated budget which is calculated before the start of a project based on the designs prepared. Be on the lookout for the most efficient, cost-effective ways to get the project completed.

•Organize to complete tendering and pricing works of department

•Looking for aluminum, glass, accessories supplier to server to tendering and pricing works.

•Learning about taxes and interest ,… of local country to apply for quotation and order aluminum, hardware, glass for project.

•Undertake on-site assessments of the progress claims

•During the project timeline, prepare important reports such as Feasibility Reports, Expense Reports, Valuation Reports and other various reports along the way.

Job Requirements

B.E(civil) or can negotiate base on experience if not B.E (civil).
At least 3 years’ experience in similar position.(more preferable in Aluminium façade field).
Familiarity with all operational areas of the business including estimating, procurement, design, QS, and construction.
Good working knowledge of building contracts and the ability to assess areas of commercial risk.
