Job Description

Team Leadership and Management:

·       Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to build a high-performing team.

·       Set individual and team sales targets and ensure achievement of goals.

·       Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.

 

Sales Strategy and Execution:

·       Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

·       Identify opportunities to increase market share and profitability.

·       Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

 

Client Relationship Management:

·       Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

·       Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

·       Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

 

Market Analysis:

·       Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.

·       Provide insights and recommendations to adjust sales strategies as needed.

 

Sales Operations and Compliance:

·       Ensure all property sales processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

·       Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline operations.

·       Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in real estate.

·       Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

·       Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

·       Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and MS Office Suite.

·       Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).

 

Educational Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
