Job Description

Sales Support:

·       Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotes and proposals.

·       Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of information.

·       Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to requests for information.

 

Logistics Management:

·       Oversee the entire logistics process, from order placement to final delivery.

·       Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.

·       Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport companies to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.

·       Monitor and track shipments, ensuring that they reach their destination on time and in good condition.

·       Resolve any issues related to transportation, customs clearance, or delivery delays
