Job Description

·       Promote and develop sales opportunities for products under the Defibs and Education Solutions Team, including ZOLL Medical, Laerdal Medical, Surgical Science (Simbionix), and Anatomage.

·       Identify, engage, and convert potential customers by establishing contact and understanding diverse customer needs.

·       Plan and manage call activities for both existing and new customers within assigned territories.

·       Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and professional communication.

·       Ensure availability and readiness of products for sales activities, demonstrations, and customer evaluations.

·       Support customers through the complete ordering process, including preparation of quotations, service coordination, and providing accurate product information.

·       Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively position solutions and address customer inquiries.

·       Prepare and submit required sales reports, market feedback, presentations, and documentation in a timely manner.

·       Contribute to team objectives and sales strategies by achieving assigned targets and supporting collective goals.

·       Monitor, analyze, and report on sales trends and market conditions to support revenue growth and future business planning.

·       Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and other promotional or professional events.

·       Negotiate commercial terms, close sales deals, and professionally handle customer objections complaints.

·       Collect customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.

·       Prior experience in sales is preferred; experience in medical devices or healthcare solutions is an advantage.

·       Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·       Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
