Job Description
1. Showroom Operations & Management:
Ø Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained, presenting a luxurious and welcoming ambiance for clients.
Ø Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and presentation.
Ø Maintain an inventory of marketing materials, brochures, and digital presentations.
Ø Collaborate with interior designers, facility management, and marketing teams to keep the showroom up to date.
2. Sales & Client Relations:
Ø Greet and assist high-net-worth clients, providing detailed information on luxury properties.
Ø Conduct private tours of the showroom and model units, showcasing property features and benefits.
Ø Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversions.
Ø Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Ø Handle VIP clients with discretion, providing a tailored luxury experience.
3. Team Leadership & Training:
Ø Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales executives and showroom staff.
Ø Conduct regular sales training and product knowledge sessions.
Ø Set performance targets and monitor team progress.
4. Marketing & Events Management:
Ø Coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and exclusive property showcases.
Ø Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, social media strategies, and PR campaigns.
Ø Assist in hosting private viewings, investor meetings, and networking events.
5. Administration & Reporting:
Ø Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and showroom activity.
Ø Generate weekly and monthly reports on showroom traffic, client feedback, and sales performance.
Ø Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies based on showroom insights.
