Job Responsibilities
- Create sales strategy to increase sales volume, margin, and revenue
- Achieve market leadership in coated steel products for the company’s long term growth
- Responsible for accuracy between sales forecast and actual result
- Accountable for promoting products and executing sales to meet our customers’ requirements and expectations
- Prepare status reports, including activity, closing, and follow up
- People management to coach and develop the Teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field
- Minimum 8 years relevant experiences including 3 years being a people manager
- Steel or building construction material business background would be advantage
- Must possess own vehicle
