Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales team for area sales forecasts, Sales Volume, Distribution market share and outlets target.
- Set up budgeted sales plan, marketing tools & analyze feedback from actual result
- Educate and monitor to sales teams with product knowledge, team building and performance.
- Monitor and improve sales team performance by closely work together with team members.
- Analyze existing customers and new customers to determine sales opportunities.
- Analyze competitive advantages and brand awareness to grow market share
- Report to Sale Plan & sale report monthly to CEO.
Job Requirements
- Japanese N3, N2 levelပြောနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်
- Japanese ကောင်းကောင်း communicate ပြောနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်
- HR Management Software System များကို company များကို Sales လိုက်ရန် စိတ်၀င်စားသူလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်
- Background experiences is IT field (more prefer)
