Job Description

  •  Promote the capability and experience of ILF and its partners to MOEE and DHPI.
  • Organize presentation meeting and follow up meeting with MOEE and DHPI.
  • Provide local support to ILF during tendering, e.g., support the preparation of bid documents.
  • Provide ILF with ongoing market intelligence during pre and tendering and on the progress of the bid evaluation.
  • Liaise and communicate with DHPI in accordance with this Agreement.
  • Support during Tender clarification and negotiation.
  • Reports on market intelligence on related projects.
  • Arrangement of meetings with potential Clients.
  • Support during tender preparation and clarifications.
  • Elaborate a detailed schedule of the sub-consultancy services.
  • Report on the follow up and support with MOEE and DHPI during project development.
  • Deliverables for engineering support as specified in corresponding service order.
  • The sub-consultant shall commence the sub-consultancy services on the Date of the signature of this service order.
  • The sub-consultant shall compete the sub-consultancy services on the Date of award, to ILF or other, of Main Agreement by Client.
  • The sub-consultant shall commence the sub-consultancy Services on the Date of signature of the Main Agreement between ILF and the Client.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing at the sectors of Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Independent Power Producers-IPP Investment, Consultancy, EPC (Generation) and Utility (Power Business)
  • Experience in power generation especially Hydropower (conventional thermal generation) based on coal, gas, and oil has given way to renewable applications based on wind, hydro, solar, and biomass for infrastructure renewal, future energy, and energy transition, as well as security, skills shortages, and a changing regulatory environment.
  • Understand in market (government and private) and regulatory environment, competitors, and challenges, and keep up to date to stay on top of the brief.
  • Must have the energy & resilience to carry out the role, especially when things get tough, while the board can work effectively in difficult circumstances.
  • Master’s degree (ME) in Engineering, A postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Water Resources engineering or certificates in related fields added an advantage.
  • Knowledge on engineering design, implementation and management applications.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
