• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company sales

goal.

• Set up KPI and lead monitoring to meet Sales Target KPI.

• Management of sales team to be professional and improve their capabilities by training in order to

deliver right service and effective sales to customer.

• Lead, initiates and drives sales for the company’s products and solutions to achieve sales target and

revenue goals.

• Cooperating with internal teams to carry out effective sales planning to ensure alignment with the

company’s strategic.

• Discussion, negotiation and conducting with customers and solving problem and complain.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current sales target and creatively reach more

potential customers.
