Job Description
- Formulating and implementing HR policies and objectives
- Directing recruitment, placement and retention of personnel
- Determining and recommending employee relations practices
- Identifying legal requirements for and ensure compliance with government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
- Establishing wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs in line with the corporate policies
- Drive and execute compensation benefits strategies and processes such as salary review, budgeting and benefits administration to ensure competitiveness and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Overseeing and making recommendations for new employee orientation, training and development
- Identifying new HR initiatives and assessing existing initiatives
- Liaise with external agencies as well as government bodies
- Provide advice on interpretation and application of HR policies to internal stakeholders and keep them aware of significant concepts/issues and follow up the executions
- Plans negotiate with Union on Collective Agreement matters as well as other issues
Job Requirements
- Age – Between (30 – 40)
- Any Bachelor Degree and min Degree HRM.
- Proven experience of working Min 5 – 7 Years Hotel HR Manager
- Possess good knowledge in employee benefits HR practices.
- Extensive HR experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Experience of partnering with a range of business groups in a global environment
- Sound leadership abilities
- Salary is negotiated
