· Make product training and sales ability training in accordance with the company's specified indicators.

· Provide relevant knowledge and mentality training based on the market team’s deficiencies.

· Prepare comparative data and training based on a market competing product information.

· Make exam questions, spot checks on trainees, and make the second round of training based on the results after the exam.

· Bachelor's degree.

· Fluent in Chinese and Burmese or Burmese and English.

· Have strong training skill, teamwork skill, communication skill.

· Can accept long-term business trip.

· Have more than 1 years of training or related job experience are preferred.
