Job Description

  • Proficient in domestic and international ticket booking methods (including global ticket booking).
  • Proficient in relevant travel procedures, VISA, tourist visa, business visa, company business license, real estate related license, etc.
  • Strong leadership and plan execution skills required to manage employees throughout the tourism department (including branch offices).
  • Seasonal tourism packages and sales plans are needed.
  • By constantly checking the market demand and comparing the information of competitors, ensure that the quality of the trip is excellent and the sales price is the most favorable.
  • All enquiries for quotes and Tours must be completed within the deadline. (Ministry of Tourism team members may be required to work overtime if necessary)
  • Handle customer requests, complaints and itinerary changes in a timely manner, and keep in touch with the team leader.
  • During the sales process, make the best effort to arrange all clients required for each group tour within the specified date/deadline.
  • Make weekly and monthly reports to relevant departments.
  • Must perform the following obligations towards all States concerned to which he has been assigned.
  • Collective Tours - Responsible for all sales and operational processes
  • Incentive journey - Based on the customer situation, in coordination with the B.D team, under the guidance of the management team, take charge of the entire operational process and strengthen the sales process to reach the final deal.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and related professional certificate.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Team management, leadership.
  • Intermediate level of English and computer skills.
  • Good command of Chinese Language
  • Must have tour guide license
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Improve processes and policies to support organizational goals.
